Strategic Goods Control (戰略性高科技貨品)
Taiwan controls export of certain high-tech goods under the Foreign Trade Act. Machine tools above certain precision thresholds require an Export License (輸出許可證) issued by BOFT (Bureau of Foreign Trade). The 非戰略性切結書 (non-strategic goods declaration) must be signed and stamped for every export — a standard requirement even when no license is needed.HS Code for Machine Tools (Common)
- 8458: Lathes for removing metal
- 8459: Machining centers, drilling/boring/milling machines
- 8466: Parts and accessories for machine tools
- 8501: Electric motors (servo motors)
- 8482: Ball/roller bearings (linear guides)
Customs Broker Contact
Work with a licensed customs broker (報關行) who is familiar with machine tool HS codes and export license procedures. The container yard cutoff is set by the shipping line and varies by sailing — it can be same-day midday, same-day 17:00, or (with an extended closing) next-day noon — so confirm the exact closing time with your broker or the carrier for each shipment and provide documents well ahead of it.繁體中文

戰略性高科技貨品管制
台灣依《貿易法》管制特定高科技貨品出口。達到特定精度門檻的工具機，須向貿易局申請輸出許可證（輸出許可證）。即使無需許可證，每次出口均須簽署並蓋章的「非戰略性切結書」。工具機常用 HS 代碼
- 8458：金屬切削車床
- 8459：加工中心機、鑽孔/搪孔/銑床
- 8466：工具機零配件
- 8501：電動馬達（伺服馬達）
- 8482：滾珠/滾柱軸承（線性滑軌）
報關行聯絡
應與熟悉工具機 HS 代碼及輸出許可證作業的持照報關行合作。貨櫃場截關時間由船公司依船班訂定，並非固定——可能是當天中午、當天 17:00，或延結至隔天中午，請就每一批貨物向報關行或船務公司確認正確截關時間，並提早備妥文件。한국어

전략 물자 규제
대만은 무역법에 따라 특정 첨단 기술 물자의 수출을 규제합니다. 특정 정밀도 기준을 초과하는 공작기계는 무역국(BOFT)에서 수출 허가증(輸出許可證)을 받아야 합니다. 허가증이 필요하지 않은 경우에도 모든 수출 시 서명·날인된 비전략물자 확인서가 필요합니다.공작기계 HS 코드 (일반)
